Orders are shipped within two business days of receipt by SkinMedix, in most cases, the very same day.

United States Shipping Information
FREE standard shipping is included with all orders in the USA (4-7 days depending on your location). See map below for approximate delivery times in the USA.
Priority & Express Overnight shipping options are also available for an additional fee. Fees will vary depending on location and items purchased. You can calculate your shipping costs without entering any personal information. Simply click the “Calculate Shipping” link in your shopping cart and enter your location.
Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method you select. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days from our distribution center, most orders process and ship the same day. U.S. orders shipped via Ground arrive in 4-7 business days, orders shipped Priority Mail arrive in 2-3 business days. Express Mail orders are 1-2 business days, depending on location.
Australia Shipping Information
FREE First-Class international shipping is included with all orders over US$399. If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, you can always calculate shipping costs in your shopping cart before ever entering any personal information.
First-Class international mail orders to Australia typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, delivery times will vary by location, and may take longer depending on your location and mail service in your area. We currently use Global Post to ship orders to Australia.
Express International Shipping
Express Mail International to Australia is also available for an additional fee. Express Mail International orders are generally delivered within 7-10 business days.
